Custom License — Basket Reporting (GB Notion Frontend)

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a
copy of this software and associated files (the "Software"), to use and
run the Software for personal, educational, or organizational purposes,
subject to the following conditions:

1. Permitted use
   You may use, run, and display the Software as-is, including hosting
   an unmodified copy of it for others to use (for example via GitHub
   Pages or a similar static-hosting service).

   Flight data recorded with the Software — the JSON, CSV and media
   files written to your own repository — belongs to you and is not
   covered by this license.

2. Not permitted without prior written permission
   You may NOT, without the copyright holder's prior written permission:
   a) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the
      Software;
   b) redistribute, republish, sublicense, or otherwise make available
      any modified or derivative version of the Software;
   c) remove, obscure, or alter the copyright notice, attribution, or
      logo contained in the Software;
   d) use the Software, in whole or in part, as the basis for a
      competing or similar product or service.

   Configuration is not modification. Entering your own flight, crew,
   ballast, WhatsApp and GitHub settings, choosing a language or a
   colour scheme, editing the WhatsApp message templates through the
   setup screen, and placing your own logo file alongside the Software
   are all ordinary use under section 1.

3. Attribution
   Any permitted copy, mirror, or public instance of the Software must
   retain the original copyright notice, the author attribution, and the
   logo (if any) exactly as included in the Software, along with a
   visible link back to the original source repository:

4. No warranty
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY
   CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN
   CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
   SOFTWARE.

5. Not an aeronautical instrument
   The Software records what its users type. It is not a navigation,
   flight or safety instrument, its position and altitude figures come
   from consumer satellite receivers rather than from certified
   equipment, and nothing it displays may be relied upon for the conduct
   of a flight. The pilot in command remains responsible for the flight
   and for what is reported to air traffic services.

Third-party components: none. The Software embeds no third-party
libraries, fonts, frameworks or trackers, and loads nothing from a
content delivery network. It talks to the GitHub API with the token you
supply, to the browser's own geolocation service, and to wa.me links you
tap yourself. Nothing else leaves the device.
